Sparkling Windows responded within 24 hours to my request for an estimate. They showed up within 24 hours and provided an immediate estimate. We quickly set up a date. The crew arrived on time and were courteous when they arrived describing how they would do the job. I asked the crew if they would move anything on the inside of the house since we wouldn’t be able to do that, and they said they would. The crew removed the screens first and cleaned them, then left them to dry while they cleaned the outside of the windows first, then the inside. While they were at my house, I went down to the basement to do laundry and noticed that another vendor who was powerwashing the day before had blown dirt and mud on the basement windows. I did not ask Sparkling Windows to clean the basement windows because they are difficult to reach. The crew agreed to do whatever they could to get some of the dirt and mulch off the basement windows. I told them to let me know how much it would cost. When the job was finished, the lead person handed me the bill for the original quote. I thought they forgot about the basement windows, and I realized they probably had to get to their next assignment. When I went down to the basement, I noticed I could see through the basement windows, and the grime and mulch was gone. Obvoiusly, they weren’t sparkling because they didn’t clean the inside, but they certainly looked better than before. That is real customer service, something that is so lacking these days. The entire experience with Sparkling Windows was great from start to finish, and I would recommend them to anyone and use them again myself in the future.
